About the Event
The Grady Young Foundation Annual Scholarship Memorial Weekend is held the 3rd weekend in March and it recognizes and honors the life and legacy of the late Deacon Grady Young.
This is a three day celebration of fundraising efforts to support scholarships and recognize groups and/or individuals who have contributed to the advancement of society.
The following events are a part of this special weekend: Golf Tournament, Recognition of Scholarship Recipients, Father/Son-Mother/Daughter Brunch, Scholarship Gala recognizing Community Honorees of Gainesville-Hall County and other Related Areas, and Worship Service @ Cross Plains Missionary Baptist Church (home church of the Young family).
